The clear winner of the Global Vote on the UK's General Election is Jeremy Corbyn, with almost double the votes of the runner-up, Tim Farron. The incumbent Prime Minister, Theresa May, drew almost the same number of votes as the Green Party candidates, Caroline Lucas and Jonathan Bartley. There were an unusually low number of 'abstain' votes, at just 3%. The UKIP candidate, Paul Nuttall, won 2% of the overall international vote.
The result of the official election will be posted after it is announced on Friday 9th June.
